Community Service EARTH DAY CELEBRATED On April 22, 2026, Rotary Club of Dimapur marked Earth Day by planting 50 fruit-bearing saplings at Lengrizan Government Higher Secondary School. Mango, guava, Chikoo and Litchi varieties were chosen for their nutritional value and suitability to Nagalands climate. Students, teachers, and Rotarians participated enthusiastically, digging pits and watering the saplings. This initiative enhances the school campuss greenery, promotes biodiversity, and provides future harvests for the community. It combats deforestation while educating youth on sustainability. We also Conducted Poster Competition between Students. An awareness program for E-waste was also conducted and urge the students to collect E waste and hand it over to us we will send it for Re Cycle and Re Use. Read More
